Making Fairy Gardens — Redviolet Studio

So we had a Fairy Birthday Party coming up and 3 activities to be done. So that's when the idea of these fairy gardens came up. We thought the kids would love to make this little oasis to attract fairies during the night, while everyone is sleeping.

SUPPLIES

Plastic bowl plates

Colored Sand

Play-dough

Rocks

Straws

Sticks

Flowers + leaves

Glass pebbles

Fairy Dust (aka glitter)

Fairy Spray (aka rose water)

First have the kids add around half an inch base of glitter to the bowl. Then they may start adding the sand, the rocks and all the other loose parts and flowers as they wish. Creating patterns with the rocks and pebbles can be fun, or maybe just adding flowers and sticks...Anything goes! At the end we added Fairy spray to all the gardens!
