Alexandra Gloc (Nickname: Alex)
Tell us a little about yourself: I was born in Venezuela but my family is Polish. I studied Finance and Marketing and have a master in International Real Estate but have always had a passion for art. Fun fact, I used to dance ballet for many years. I have a 6 year old daughter through which I discovered RedViolet as she used to take the classes.
Favorite color: Green
Favorite Playgroup station: Volcanoes and any using waterbeads.
Art supply: Watercolors.
What do you like the most about working with children: Watching how they enjoy sometimes with the most simple supplies such as paint or rice. Their ability to discover, learn and develop specific skills playing with all the wonderful stations we set up in classes
Sarah Rotterman (Nickname: Sary)
Tell us a little about yourself: My curiosity for cultivating mind and body practices has taken me to journey and studied Psychology, Mindfulness, and Regenerative Agriculture. Thanks to the children, families, and communities I’ve worked with, I realized how powerful the embodiment of awareness is as a bridge for healthier and thriving relationships with ourselves and the ecosystem. My lifelong commitment is contributing to building sustainable communities for future generations.
Favorite color: Wild Watermelon
Favorite food ever: Croissants, thousands of them.
How do you have fun: Never missing a chance to dance!

Andrea Montes de Oca (Nickname: Monchi)
Tell us a little about yourself: My name is Andrea, but everyone knows me as Monchi. I’m a graphic designer passionate about drawing, painting and arts and crafts. I’m constantly creating. I moved from Venezuela in 2014 and worked for over seven years in an artist workshop, where I learned about colors and techniques.
Favorite color: My favorite color is pink
Favorite Art Supply: Paint and a paint brush.

What is your favorite part of working with Redviolet Studio: I love to see the kids use all their imagination and get creative with the activities
